Project Title: Integrated Preventive Cardiology Initiative

Funding: Department of Veterans Affairs

This is a four year partnership between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the School of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan. Our goal is to improve care for the prevention of cardio-cerebrovascular disease by utilizing the large longitudinal datasets available. As part of this initiative, our team will create novel methodologies to guide integrated chronic disease treatment strategies.
