Porters’ gift enables international experiences

Leanne (BSE ME ’89) and John (BSE Aero ’90, MSE ’91) Porter of Wellesley, Massachusetts, have endowed with a $100,000 gift The Leanne and John Porter Fund for International Experiences.

The Fund will provide need-based scholarship support to CoE undergraduates participating in study abroad programs, volunteer abroad projects and/or international internships.

This gift qualifies for the University’s Michigan Matching Initiative for Student Support.
