Graduate Student Hua Cai wins Rackham research award

Graduate Student Hua Cai won a Rackham International Research Award, which supports students conducting degree-related research outside the United States and Puerto Rico.| Short Read

Earning this award demonstrates that Cai has a strong academic record and outstanding scholarly and professional promise. Cai’s research project is “Understanding Environmental Impacts of Electric Vehicles.”

Cai is a student of Professor Peter Adriaens and Assistant Professor Ming Xu.

Other honors for Cai include the Dow Sustainability Doctoral Fellowship.
