Professor McCormick receives NSF CAREER award

Assistant Professor Jason McCormick has received the NSF CAREER award, NSF's most prestigious award in support of junior faculty.| Short Read

The award is given to those who exemplify the role of teacher-scholars through outstanding research, excellent education and the integration of education and research. This is the sixth CAREER award earned by a CEE faculty member within in the past three years.

McCormick’s project is titled, “Non-traditional Materials Application for Seismic and Wind Loads.”
