Professor Photios G. Ioannou receives ASCE’s 2009 Peurifoy Construction Research Award. | Short Read

Photios has been recognized with the top Construction Engineering and Management award from the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Peurifoy Construction Research Award. The award will be officially presented in October 2009, and the citation will read: “For his research and development contributions which have advanced and defined the state of the art in construction engineering and management technologies, principles, and practices particularly in the areas of tunneling, bidding theories, innovative project delivery systems and construction simulation.”
